Fleshed-Out Monoscopic Mode
As someone who can’t use VR because of vision problems, I was really excited to hear about Monoscopic mode for OpenBrush. Finally, I thought, my chance to draw in 3D!
Unfortunately, Monoscopic mode is pretty broken—it’s lacking features, it glitches out—it’s not really usable in its current state. But I see real potential in what is already there.
If someone was willing to fix and flesh out Monoscopic mode to reach its full potential, that would be amazing for people like me, or people who can’t afford a VR headset. The possibilities are truly remarkable with this software, and I just wish I could use it properly.

In my ideal world, Open Brush would switch between monoscopic and VR modes depending on whether you had your headset on, much like Adobe Substance 3D Modeler
I started work on a "no headset mode" that currently just gives you WASD movement in view-only mode. I think monoscopic mode might be too quirky as a basis for general desktop usage. I'm not 100% about that opinion.
