Temp tower with no real difference?

I just got a new filament (PrimaSelect PLA Chameleon), did some simple tests that looked good (at 205c) then printed this temp tower which didn't turn out very well and doesn't say so much too me so was hoping some more experienced person could help me a bit 🙂 The marks on the back side, see on the top (colder) parts, what are those and did they show only due to the lower temp? How about the stringing? I had retraction set to 0.5mm.

Looks like 215 is ok. Don't bother playing with retraction settings. Test your pressure advance and you should be fine. I usually print temps towers 2 at a time, since in the real life I print multiple parts at a time. I you still have spider web after that, try lowering your part fan a bit.

"try lowering your part fan a bit" Interesting! I have a 4028 running at 50% at those layers as the layer time is less than some threshold. You think that causes it?
