Homing Y moves in opposite direction.
when i home y in mainsail RatOS 2.0, the y axes moves away from the endstop.
the endstop functions correctly, the wires for stepper motor are good and correct. and the x axes moves perfectly.

upload your printer.cfg. hopefully you didn't just drop in your old printer.cfg as many things changed between 1.x and 2.x that are incompatible

so if you move X+ in mainsail interface it moves to the right? and if you move Y+ in the mainsail interface it moves to the front? which matches the bottom left picture, so you need to swap motor connections (physically swap the first two motor connectors on your octopus)
