Cura 5.3.0 generating bad gcode

I have formatted my pc and I used the opportunity to upgrade Cura from 5.1.0 to 5.3.0 I tried to import my config backup but I was getting errors so I created a new profile from scratch for my v-core 3. Now when I'm slicing in Cura and Importing the gcode to my printer its seems like its printing the file inverted or trying to print only the infill. Its coming out flimsy and full of holes, to make sure I'm not losing my mind I recalibrate my printer and even replaced the nozzle to a brand new one and I'm getting the same thing. I have printed an old file that I sliced before the format on (Cura 5.1) and its printing it perfectly. So I have no Ida what am I missing is there some box that I need to tick or untick In Cura to fix it? I have attached my printer setting in Cura and a comparison of the prints one is the new gcode that prints with holes and an old gcode that printed almost perfectly. So my problem is with the slicer I just have no idea why. Pleas, anyone can help me with this?

Ok, I fixed it! Looks like it was a severe issue of under extrusion. The material diameter was set to 2.85 (Don't know why it was the default) I changed it to 1.75 and this fixed the issue for me.

I'm still on 5.2 because I was having issues with 5.3.0 beta-2 doing strange things on layers....probably bugs that need fixing.
