How to address Z binding?
I find lots of posts mentioning z binding. But I'm not finding much on how to address the binding.
RIght now the z movement is louder than when I first got the machine up and running. I want to see if I can get the problem fixed.
My machine is a VCore 500 3.0. I'll be doing the 3.1 upgrade as soon as my PrusaBear is finished. Rule number one: Always keep at least one printer functional. 😛 Is there any guide for chasing z binding? Thanks

Loosened the rails - no apparent improvement
Loosened delrin bearing - slight sound improvement
Loosened the rail bearing - much improved, but still some growling around +250mm
I do see some shaft whip during movement as the bed gets lower in the chamber
I'm going to run as is until I can get the 3.1 upgrades going

Thanks! Have the parts already. Just need to get the other printer upgraded and printing again before I can take this one apart. 😄
