Why did you run that script? go back and follow https://os.ratrig.com/docs/installation#preparing-your-control-board to the letter. Then check https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/1046952693480038500 one by one. If you are still having issues, then stop and post the exact error you are getting here

Do you have a vcore3? If so I would recommend against sensorless homing. Having to tune two motors that work together for x and y movement while possible is difficult. Endstops are cheap and reliable

I see where the x endstop will go where will the y go? And what should I turn off in the config?

The build guide shows you. It is in the back This depends on your setup. You need to comment lines that do not apply or uncommented lines that do apply in your printer.cfg
