[Umami Template] Railway GitHub app create a repo in my org but it is empty

Project ID: ca981421-fa7d-49b5-b098-bbf7699bd050 I'm migrating from the 1 year old umami template to this new template but looks like the GitHub Railway app is unable to fully create the repository on GitHub, so it just hangs indefinitely
