Sanity check
Hello. Just a sanity check. The front right (audience side) needs to go up a bit, correct?

front right to the audience is one of those typical things were things go wrong 😛
at the moment you have a skew starting at Y 0, so in my terminology, that would be a "the y front has to go down" (or the y back up)
not talking about that whole wave along the x axis here 🙈
Thanks! I'll see if that helps 🙂
Oh dear
I pushed that down
and now it's worse lol

why did you push one corner down, when your problem is along a whole axis?
the main issue seems to be the back right
Unless i'm just completely wrong, which I wouldn't doubt lol

you show the front right as the pushing corner though.
Anyway. i know not enough about v-cores to give you a defintive answer, but theres a link to a video how to square your frame about 200 times in the discord, it is probably also pinned somewhere. but first - really check which parts of your graph correspond to which part of your physical printer 😅
Ah. I thought X0Y0 was the bottom left of the VCore photo above

X500 Y0 would be the place where you painted the arrow in
OK, whatever. i THINK you should check the Gantry first and foremost. because probably the bend in your x direction is already all the problem. But not knowing the v-core enough i am out of here, i don't want to give bad advice. search the frame video is my best advice
Right. I figured if that was brought down the back right would show up a bit higher.
I'll double check the gantry 🙂

unscrew all the bolts from x rail, screw them back but without using the pattern provided in the instructions. Tighten the back one by one without jumping over one bolt each time
Thanks! I’ll try that! I saw it in the video and was going to but the rail I have on it is rusting pretty badly so I ordered a new one and I’ll do that once it gets here 🙂
New X rail. Room temp. Still some work to do. Looks as if the front right has to go up a bit, correct?
And this is heated to 68 for about 30 minutes
And about an hour =\ Oof
I’m wondering if my actual aluminum extrusion is warped
eastern-cyan•2y ago
no, mine were the same , the thing is that I had to remove all the corner screws and the bolts that holds the z screw to the rail to be able to raise/lower the extrusion.
loosen the screws and try it , it will 100% work
don't forget to z tilt after each adjustment of the extrusion

Did you succeed? My bed looks exactly like yours with 1.1 range.
I gave up around .5mm. Works enough for me right now with ABL
lower pic map.... left front (x0y0) down will raise the right rear (x500/y500) It's a see-saw effect moving the front corners up/dn with that single center mount as the pivot. the diff between x500y0 will shift a tad compared to x0/y500 when you lower x0y0. You can then try to match x0y0 and x500y0 after a new mesh test
The problem is that I’m the front left can’t go down anymore. The extrusions are completely on each other. Should I maybe shave some off of one?
I’m also using aluminum xy idler/motor mounts. I wonder if that’s making a difference as well. Hmm….
??? "...extrusions are completely on each other" ?? the Y rail extrusions should be T-boning into the vertical front extrusions. I don't understand your suggested limitation. I'm using metal XY joiners, no issues there.
Sorry. I mean like, I can’t push down the front left down any further
Is your frame wracked? stick a paint stir stick thick piece of wood or stack of thin carboard (whatever) under the left rear corner...wiggle the machine frame to let it settle a bit, then run a bed mesh . It will tell you what you need to adjust
