Dear all, are there some special chopper settings (TBL, TOFF, HEnd, HStart) for a "normal" TMC5160 running at about 34V (because 35V is the mosfet limit) - or sholud i Just take the 24V/1,6A setting? Thanks and BR, Volker

Check marlin config files, there are already settings tuned for that configuration.

Hi, i get the same problem, i burn my fystec 5160qv too, replace with btt 5160 pro , and now the printer runs smooth and for my surprise i was getting some resonance at 100 mm/s, and now its so smooth.

Really - strange thing. I had the "surprise" with BTT5160 - wanna have them because of the same issue you have - some resonance around 80 - 120 mm/s of printing speed 😦 Tried changing motocable pinout - nothing. Yeah maybe I'll go for the PRO's too .... in the future.
