the bot doesn't give the reward roles

I searched for an answer to my question but I didn't find it ! i'm sorry if this has already been asked, i'm not a native English speaker, i don't understand everything
the bot doesn't give the level roles to the members! however it sends a message to say that they have level up , but it doesn't give them the reward role, how to do it?I looked at the documentation and did what was said
and once it gives them the superior role, will it take away the inferior role?

check if the pepemanager role is above all your reward roles and with role management permission on
