Really bad Quality
Hi,
I'm trying to print the parts for my Minion but somehow nothing works properly anymore
I use eSun ABS Pink 240° Nozzle 100° bed
On the pictures you can see the grooves between the layers, all overhangs are printed very badly
SS does not show me the overhangs as such, but if you activate the support, it is set there
Nevertheless, the overhangs look very bad
If I go to a layer height of 0.1 it gets a little better but not good
I've tried a number of fan settings and temperatures, the result is not good

Are you using an enclosure? Looks like it just detached from the bed

yes I have an Enclosure
not sure where the Problem is my RPI broke so I had to use another one and use RatOS v2 now mayber there is a Problem or something before the RPI broke i upgraded to 3.1 and everything was fine
at least the part on the right clearly lifted from the bed and that caused the layers above to be squished
the middle photo, looks like it didn't get enough cooling. With shorter layer times at 120mm/s, the problem is worse

yeah the 2 big parts lifted i dont know why and the hole for the motor looks horrible
i will try longer layer time
but the Layer dont look good at all
maybe also try more fan
if your chamber temp is high enough, you can use more fan

chamber temp is 40°+
that's a bit low

never had problems between 40-50°
Clean your pei with soap and water... Apply magigoo for PA or some other help to alleviate lifting... Then I'd try increasing temps and increasing cooling... I think 40c chamber is ok for parts of that size... Warmer would be a bit better but I don't think it's the main contributor to these issues

Might not be the problem but I tried esun red abs once and just threw it in the bin. I couldn't make it work. Since then I stick with sunlu, never had clogs or problems. You might give it a try
