Layer shifts and ugly surfaces

I haven't had a clean print since I finished my v-core 3 and I'm not sure what's causing it at this point. I've tightened and checked belts around the pullies, slowed it down to 80mm/s and switched slicers but I'm still getting layer shifts. The first benchy had the biggest one, the second had less of a shift but more ugly surfaces, and the last two benchys I stopped. after the first few layers cuz they were already showing signs of shifting. If it matters, running an LGX Lite with a Dragon HF.
