update changes break height map
My printer behaviour changed after recent update of Klipper and RatOS
After the update print failed due to move out of range and I had to add G90 before print_start
Now when I print the PAM height map is too high in places and okay in others. Anyone else seeing this?

There hasn't been any changes to RatOS 1.x for over a month and you're the first to report this. Looks like your hotend is struggling too.
There's been no changes to bed meshing in RatOS for at least a year.
similar the only significant change to klipper bed_mesh was 6 months ago.
I think it might be a coincidence that your problems coincide with you updating the packages.
I'd start by finding out why your hotend is struggling (those lines are not supposed to be beading like that).
Thanks @miklschmidt - my filament was tangled around the spool axle - reverse bowden compressed - pulled on angle of tool-head.
Not sure how I missed that - what a waste of time - you can leave this here for other sillys like me or delete conversation if redundant
