switching heroku deployment to nixpack
i am having problems switching from heroku buildpacks to nixpacks, i get errors, here is my project id:

how do i install nixpacks?
I had tried to install following the site's docs, but when I try to do e.g. nixpacks build ./path/to/app --name my-app, it does not recognise the command

btw, railway uses nixpacks by default
so you can just copy over package.json and the logs
