Deployments and plugins stopped, site is unreachable, I am confused
I receive an email from you saying you have to stop deployments and plugins due to my project having used up all the resources from my current plan type. I browse the project and it scarily says what's in the screenshot. I check and it says 2.99$ as "current usage", which to me sounds like I am still within the range of the free monthly 5$. But I need the project to be back online again and frantically put 20$ just for that. Still nothing. I am confused, project's still down.

I visited the project yesterday and it was still working

I just triggered a new deploy
The last deploy failure occurred more than 10 days ago
but the project was still accessible.
I wouldn't be able to tell unfortunately, the state shows as removed.
It also could have been an application crashing and then removing it's self if it saw a newer deploy.
I am personally unsure, but this shouldn't be the platform behavior.
Yeah, I don't understand what that "removed" was.
Anyways, I am deploying once more.
