Cannot deploy umami

I had umami before and decided to update it since the version I had was very outdated. I didn’t manage to do it, so I decided to start from scratch. However, I still didn’t manage to deploy umami: 1. I’ve tried doing it from a Starter, but it had no deploys at all. 2. I did try to fork umami and use the fork repo as a deploy, but it failed — even though, it did try to deploy at least.
