Is there a way to turn off project?
I'd like to turn off my project while I do a bit more in-depth learning of how to use railway. I've gotten the free 500 hours running, but I don't want to waste it on just now learning how to run a server, is there a way to turn it off for the time being?

Should I just force error it then without a restart policy on?

remove the latest deployment
