VC difficulty

Do you have to be a certain level to play voice chat? My account is verified with voice enabled but I still can't play. I wanted to start playing level 1 in voice chat servers but it kicks me as "your account does not have access to voice chat" even though I can play other games with voice chat. Only thing I can think of is my ping which sits at around 600 but other than that I don't know

Server sizes

I was looking at hosting an event for another community in a combat warriors server and I was just wondering why the servers max players has been reduced to 45. While im not new to the game I haven't played in a while and remember when servers had a max of 60 or even 100 players.

I’m new and I have no idea what everyone is talking about

I looked at the clan ads and some of the clans required a “score”. I tried asking the general chat but they obviously didn’t care. Is there a place that has all the information I’d need to improve and actually do something in this community?
