Help, i cant claim the youtube rewards even though i'm subscribed to the channel.
I turned my subscriptions to non private and i posted only the channel id and it keeps telling me, they can't find my channel, asking if i'm subscribed to the wrong channel even though i've double, even triple checked that it's the correct channel

If you are unable to claim Discord rewards, your username is likely too long. Please ensure that the total character count of your display name and username on Roblox does not exceed 28 characters. The game checks for your nickname in the format of
display name (@username)
, and unless it detects a match, it will not recognize your association with the Discord server.

Also my roblox name is savonlouis

If you are unable to claim in-game social rewards for being subscribed to our YouTube channel, it is most likely due to one of the following unresolved problems:
- You are not subscribed to Combat Warriors
- You are using your entire channel URL or channel handle instead of the channel ID
- You have your channel subscriptions set to private
To fix this issue, you must ensure you have correctly done all of the following:
- Subscribed to the official Combat Warriors channel.
- Pasted your unique channel ID located at the end of your channel URL, instead of the entire channel URL or channel handle.
- Disabled the Keep all my subscriptions private toggle setting in https://www.youtube.com/account_privacy.
- Waited long enough (3+ hours) after making changes before trying to claim again.

I already stated that i've done all these steps and it still wont let me claim the rewards
It keeps telling me that there was no channel with the ID subscribed, but when i tried unsubcribing it told me "this channel isnt subscribed." then i resubscribe and it tells me they couldn't find my channel again.
So what do i do?
