I Finally joined The Discord server to say that I lost my golden weapon skin a while ago when the skill's update dropped, and I have the gold gamepass but not the skin, Can i have help getting it back?

What's crazy is that it's a exclusive gamepass skin, those should be permanent
So how the hell does it get deleted
You can't even trade it up or down
Im still waiting for it to appear back into my inventory
Due to I believe a bug that came with the winter 2022 update, data loss occurred and many users lost a number of their items which included overhead tags, chat tags, skins, enchants, and more.
We have many submissions but not that many staff that are able to restore them. Eventually you'll get your items back.
