I got banned for something i didnt do and want my acc back

I was at a pc cafe and got hardware banner since they thought i was cheating. I sent a ticket and was unable to get my acc back but this exact thing also happened to my friend and she got hers back??? How do i get mine back?

Did Riot fixed the bsod problem?

I hope it got fixed because its really stressfull that when im playing valorant i get bsod every time i play (i get like 4-5 bsod per day)

Can anyone tell me why I'm getting gold's plats and diamond on the enemy team when I'm bronze? And it's not even Smurfs I checked one of the guys tracker and he is currently gold 3 how am I playing against him?

TPM issue led to automatic repair issue

I'm a returning player and when I launched Valoranr just now it gave me an error. I followed the website's (which is suggested by Valoranr's support site) instructions to enable TPM 2.0 in my Bios. However now my computer is stuck on the automatic repair (it keeps showing that it fails to repair and suggests to restart). I've tried restarting several times and even shut down to power on again but the problem persists. Can someone please help me with it
