That means the bios mode is legacy
Or it would just say disabled if it was uefi
after seeing the guy with secure boot enabled on legacy I don't know what to trust
I went into my BIOS, put it in UEFI mode and enabled secure boot, I also removed and installed security keys but it still won't let me.

I have to change my mbr to gpt right?

mhmm I can tell you how if ur here, FYI it sometimes breaks and it might corrupt ur windows and u might have to completrly wipe your partition
