I got banned for something i didnt do and want my acc back
I was at a pc cafe and got hardware banner since they thought i was cheating. I sent a ticket and was unable to get my acc back but this exact thing also happened to my friend and she got hers back??? How do i get mine back?

The only way to recover an account is with Riot Support. If they were unable to verify the account was yours or any other reason they denied your request, then there is no alternative to recover the account.
My friends are saying i should send another ticket since my friend was able to recover hers but I'm not sure how to word it to convince or prove anything since i was at a public cafe
You are able to submit new tickets yes, but I can’t assist on wording it for you. Just describe what happened.
