I just hit 1 mil keystrokes but it doesnt sync and i cant claim my keycaps. Can sombody please help?

Mouse sound

I can only hear the keyboard sounds but not the mouse sound even though i bought, downloaded and i run mechakeys as admin but i still dont hear the mnouse sound. also i made sure to delete v1 and then install v2

-50 keycaps

I Had 2400 keycaps then I bought me a Keycap for 800. After this I got -50 keycaps. Then I installed mechakeys V2. Now I got 150, can I get my 2.400 back?...

keeps getting internal server error

naturally i tried to reset my password, which when i did, gave me internal server error messages for countless times, dont know how to fix it at all, any ideas? (ive tried checking my logs for any reasons but no reasons were specified)...

Hello, i recently earned through 500.000 clicks my 500 keycaps, but when i tried to buy it said i didn't have enough. I thought this was weird and restartet the app. then i lost the keycaps and got no soundpack. Do you mind giving me back my keycaps?...
