I just hit 1 mil keystrokes but it doesnt sync and i cant claim my keycaps. Can sombody please help?

is there an error message or does the award progress not increase?

Im gonna conclude this is a matter of offline-strokes
No the 1m keystokes was a autocorrect but yeah i meant 1k bc it was just staying on 1k and not going up
syncing is not live, which may be the cause of confusion then.
it happens on an interval of like 10 mins or something i forget. i can prob increase the rate next update

we also debounce the sync button so its not spammed
I connect my discord to the app and havent got my 100 keys yet
