First: please note that this is dangerous to do for apps that autoupdate! (hypothetically we could simply send a virus that now runs with privileges.)
Second: I do not believe it is possible to autostart an application with elevated privileges (so, if that setting is enabled, it may not behave as you would have otherwise expected)
Heres how to do it:
1. Locate the executable
2. Open the properties menu.
3. Click "Compatibility" tab
4. Find the "Privilege" level option
5. Change to run as admin for all users
