sotf keeps crashing
Hi,
my game keeps crashing after a short amount of time (15-45minutes), even tho i have a decent PC.
My specs: r7 5700x, rx 6600xt, 16gb ddr4 3600mhz (i play the game in low graphic settings already)
I already updated all my drivers and verified my game files.
If anyone knows how to solve this crash problem, feel free to help me....
Get back old game save
I accidentally made a new character on a friends server. Is there any way i can get back my old save/character?
Constant Crashing
Just redownloaded the game two days ago and wanted to get back into it but I cant even play 5 mins without it crashing constantly. Tried reinstalling the game, checking file integrity, a couple other things and internet is fine. Can't seem to find the problem. I have an internal SSD also.
System specs: Ryzen 7800x3d, 4080, 64gb ram...
Friends cant do stuff in my server anymore.
We are playing with a few mods that are all working fine, or so it seems. Now only I (the host) can place and use a tarp, light a campfire, etc.. Anyone know why this might be?
Pc crashing

fps issues (this only happens in sons of the forest)
Recently me and my dad started playing SoTF together in multiplayer and I told him he should try hooking up his laptop to a monitor and he was fine for about an hour and then suddenly during building his laptop froze and he had to restart his laptop. When he booted up the game again he loaded in and his fps was REALLY bad, about 13 fps. This issue only happens in sons of the forest. I tried giving my my setting and all of that stuff and it didn’t fix it. This really sucks because we got the game...
Game keeps crashing on certain things
My game keeps crashing either whenever I enter/exit a cave, or sometimes when I open my inventory. I just reinstalled the game, so maybe that will fix it but just in case, has anyone else struggled with this? My pc is definitely way over the minimum specs, and this game is the only game I struggle with crashes with. Any help would be appreciated, thanks ^^
Transfer multiplayer save to dedicate server?
Howdy! I'm trying to transfer my multiplayer save from my PC to my dedicated server. However, when I create the dedicated server and replace the contents of
/serverconfig/Saves/DedicatedServer/Multiplayer/0000000001 with my save files, I get a problem. When I join the dedicated server, I only see the cutscene of the helicopter crashing. I spawn in the crash area with no items. It seems like the save I uploaded is not being used at all idk man maybe my skill isuses 💀Creative mode on dedicated server?
does anyone know how to switch a dedicated server over to creative mode once we beat the game?

How to switch Multiplayer Host?
The only guides I can find are completely outdated. I tried just copying the host's Multiplayer save folder into mine but the saves didn't appear in game (no option to 'continue' as host). Also the player inventory data that we'd have to switch is now hidden somewhere inside a larger zip file.
POI changes?
Haven't played since launch but when I loaded up this time there's no more green dots on the map, I remember one used to be for the 3D printer cave and a few others. do I have to find those locations myself now?
