I need help with additional requirements
So my overlays won’t pop up and it keeps asking me for requirements and it still won’t work

I have activated the extension I’m streaming, off my Xbox and using my laptop to sort out said overlays for the stream. I have equipped the overlay I want and it is not showing up on stream even though it says that it’s chosen

Everytime I try to edit a new item in the editor i get an error which looks like this:

So I am working on my twitch channle because I now have a laptop but when I heard of overlay expert I'm like wow I guess I'll give it a try because I wanted a brb and a stream starting soon screen but when I go to sighn in then twitch then Authorize it says Unverified email or missing email
additional access
I’m starting to get really frustrated. My extension was working perfectly for a couple of days but the last two days it’s been asking me over and over while I’m live to grant additional access to my twitch account. I have repeatedly granted access and it’ll pop up again every couple of mins. Why is this happening and is there any way to fix it? The last time I was live I have to just uninstall the extension because it was so distracting and annoying. Thanks!
Can I make overlays for YouTube streaming?
Hi! I've been using my custom Overlay on Twitch and I LOVE how customizable it is. I recently began livestreaming on Youtube as well, and was wondering if/how I can make an updated overlay for that? I tried changing the widgets to reflect my YT subs/etc., but I can't seem to find the option for it? Is there a way to have my overlay show recent subs etc. from youtube, or is that feature exclusive to twitch follows?

visual alerts not showing up
Hi! So I the audio for my alerts are working, but my alert images aren’t popping up unfortunately. I tried it in stream preview and they’re not working there either. Any ideas on what the problem is and how I can fix it? Thank you!
MP4 overlays?

So I’m just starting out and am wanting to upload all my premade scenes (brb, starting soon, etc) however they’re all .mp4 files which aren’t selectable when I go to upload my images. Do animated images need to be a different file type? Are gifs the only accepted file type and will they play on a loop? Thank you!...
My alerts don't sound and they don't show in stream

Overlays not showing on mobile or PC for viewers
I can see the overlays on stream manager but not from the viewer POV on mobile or PC website.
