visual alerts not showing up
Hi! So I the audio for my alerts are working, but my alert images aren’t popping up unfortunately. I tried it in stream preview and they’re not working there either. Any ideas on what the problem is and how I can fix it? Thank you!

Wait you said you use Safari right? WebM support in Safari is a little spotty so try another browser like Chrome/Firefox
Do you images have transparency/alpha channels?

Your videos need to be encoded properly or else they will not play in the browser.
They’re webm and they’re still not playing
