My alerts don't sound and they don't show in stream
Hello, I installed Overlay Expert a few days ago, and no matter how hard I try, the alerts are not shown in the stream and they are not heard either

how are you watching your stream to see alerts?
No, the extension is not muted, every time I start a stream I unmute it and it still doesn't work. I see my Stream on the laptop

@Marc sounds are not working, i went to there stream and followed while they was live and heard nothing
Does it work in the builder when you test the alert in Stream preview mode?

Yes, when I test the alert in the preview, it works without problem. I stream at 7pm Mexico hrs, but if is necessary I can turn on earlier to fix the problem

Yes, it's been like this for a week, I already set everything up, I made sure everything was fine
Yes I can see that the event came through from Twitch, but it wasn't processed for some reason

I turned on the stream today, and the alerts still don't work. I'll delete my overlay and make a new one, see if that works.
I checked the logs and I do see that a follow alert from
ONNY_T was sent to your overlay so the alert should have shown.Thankiu so much. All the alerts work
