Hello. Some of my users have this error. If they enter to my domain spark-founders.com, they get the error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN, but if they enter the .dev domain, they can load the website

Thank you. For some reason, my Firewall is blocking all the requests for spark-founders.com but not for test.spark-founders.com. I tried connecting to the mobile data network, and everything worked fine.

My "test" URL is test.spark-founders.com; for some reason, it works there but not in spark-founders.com

UPDATE: I created a new custom domain, test.mydomain.com, and my page is working again, but I still have the same issue in my principal domain.
