I mean, turns out it's actually just fixed itself already, lol. Now able to access it from an external network using the domain address and other people are able to visit it from the link. Thanks for the help though

I'm using an NTFS drive, however I don't know if that'd be a problem because it seemed to work just fine prior to a restart
