My game instantly froze on the loading screen.
Whenever I loaded up Valorant recently, I encountered a message about DirectX runtime, prompting me to uninstall and then reinstall Valorant completely. After that, I reset my PC, but to no luck or surprise, it didn't work—my screen froze on the play screen. Although Valorant seemed to be working, it was frozen. I reset my PC again, but to no avail; it didn't work. Now, Valorant works but instantly freezes.

I have an issue: every time I load up Valorant, it either freezes or causes a blue screen on my comp
Earlier today, on 1/22/2025 at 3:49 PM Central Time, I opened the Riot client and pressed play. However, the game got stuck on the loading screen. I restarted my PC, but the same thing happened. After that, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, which somewhat resolved the issue. When I joined a Swift or Unrated match, my screen froze, even though the game itself continued to run. I tried loading a custom game with only me in it, and while it did load, my screen still froze. I need help resolving this issue.
