game chat won’t mute
Hi my bf is having a problem with his game chat not muting after he muted everyone. He turned it off completely just for it not to work?? Any ideas it would be greatly appreciated

Transaction declined
A couple months ago my val account got locked because of "fraudulent purchases" even though I sent riot proof it wasn't and ever since then I can't buy anything from the store. Is there a way to fix that?
