eGPU only getting PCIe 1.1 (2.5 GT/s)
Hello everyone, it's me again. When i try to use an AMD eGPU (7700xt), i only get PCIe 1.1 (2.5 GT/s) speeds instead of PCIe 3.0 speeds (8 GT/s) according to sudo lspci -vv. Also, the AMD Link speed fix from all-ways-egpu github doesnt work: Create a file named: /etc/modprobe.d/amd-pcie-fix.conf with the following content: options amdgpu pcie_gen_cap=0x40000 Hardware: Lenovo Legion Go ADT-Link UT3G Adapter 550W PSU RX 7700XT Is there any help or hope for me? I really, really want to use Bazzite with eGPU! Thank you very much in advance!

Problems with eGPU (7700xt) on Bazzite
Hello everyone, this is my first post here and i really love bazzite, but im not used to Linux, so please be gentle 🙂 Here is my hardware: Device: Lenovo Legion Go eGPU: Radeon RX 7700xt eGPU Adapter: ADT-Link UT3G Script: All Ways eGPU for Linux Here is my problem: Setup was pretty easy and everything works out of the box for the most part. In most games, i have a strange behavior with frames: The frame rate is much higher compared with the iGPU, but every like 5 seconds, my frames need significantly longer to render. Frame times then are spiking as crazy, making everything impossible to play. After one second, everything is back to normal, then repeats. Funny thing is: Windows does not do that, frame times are crispy clean there, so it has to do with bazzite i guess. Things i have already tried: - Another TB 4 Cable from cable matters - disabling cpu boost - different CPU scheduler - setting TB Mode on UT3G to pcie+pd - applying AMD fixes mentioned on the All ways egpu github Page Is there anything i can try, because for most people, egpu seems to work flawlessly. Help is much appreciated! Thank you very much guys
