ban for no reason
I downloaded Valorant about 1 and a half months ago. Since the day I downloaded it, no other program was open while entering the game. I did not use any cheats or similar programs. If I was banned due to the files already on my computer, it would be meaningless for this to happen 1 and a half months later. I do not know the reason at the moment. For some reason I'm banned indefinitely even though I haven't done anything. I saw that there was no penalty on my side account. If I used a 3rd party program, shouldn't my side account be banned as well?
There is a problem here, please check again, I am sure that I did not use any cheats or 3rd party programs, if the reason for this was a file on my computer, I think this penalty should have been applied when I first opened the account.
