Can Someone Help Me Regarding Getting Banned

I used a bad word Reta**ed in VAL CHAT that I didn't know was bad enough to get me banned for 2 hrs in Chat. After all it was my fault and I understand that but after that ban I played a COMP game without any chat, I didn't even threw the game (2nd TOP Fragger) but still got banned for 3 days after the game was finished. Fast forward to Sunday(today) {I was Banned for 3 days on Friday 19/04/2024} I started a Team Deathmatch but my client crashed after 10-15 kills when I tried to re-start it the game showed me a warning for violating User Rule (Section 7) it's about getting boosted or something ,but I never even play with anyone. I AM A SOLO QUEUER . After that warning I closed the Client then it again showed me a message saying that I violated some rules (didn't even mention any) and banned me again till 3:37 PM but the problem is that it's 3:39 PM at the moment. I don't know why it banned me till not any date in the future but the time that has already passed. I don't know what is happening with my account
CAN ANYONE HELP ME REGARDING THIS !!!!! 😦
