Lutris Bug
Ok confirmed this is a lutris problem, it specifically seeks system wine, winecfg and winetricks command. Bazzite has removed wine from system, so it can't be helped, but Lutris is also supposed to rid of wine completely with 0.5.18 which we have on Bazzite. So yeah, it is a Lutris thing.
