I can not remember my password
when i press "Get Password" it asks me to get my card number. I can't add that information, so I can not get my password. Anyone, pls help me..

I got banned twice...
I got banned once for 100 years but I got unbanned by submitting a ticket. They said I can not get unbanned again but I got banned again. Is there a way for me to get unbanned once again..?

I got false banned. I accidentally requested a wrong ticket.
I got false banned and I thought it was the penalty of afk, but It says I was reported by other players being toxic. I was the kindest jett cheer player of our team, but I think they reported me because of my connection errors. I also was a big influence to the team, so I am confused. Please unban me. I have to wait for a week. :(
