every time i go to open valorant its just stuck on the loading screen or the valorant screen idk what to call it but whenever i open my task manager it says that win64-shipping isn’t running so idk if that’s the problem and if it is idk how to get it to run and i know it’s not my pc or wifi because my friends have the exact model and same wifi but every time i also go to load valorant it says updating then it stops

valorant won’t load
for some reason my valorant won’t load and after a while of being stuck on the riots games screen it just says system error i have reset my whole pc
