You mean locking it? Type /pv in chat or make it your personal vehicle in the vmenu.

Where do I find the client checklist
- You don't need streaming progress view really and voice chat is self explanatory turn it on ingame.

The summer sale ended and it went on for awhile so i believe people just forgot what they were already paying for. The price didn’t raise, the sale did end though.
