Unable to resolve loadbalancer DNS

Hi, I am unable to resolve the DNS for my loadbalancer. I can add other CNAMEs to my DNS and they instantly become resolvable, but despite having a healthy LB with monitors showing the origin pools being healthy, the actual loadbalancer DNS does not resolve. Any ideas?
