Fps capping
My fps while playing was 60-90 but now is 30 and the problem is it is capped at 30 fps only and sometimes will up to 60-70

Why my aim is so inconsistent
For example yesterday i keep hitting headshot and today i kept dying not even getting a single kill

how to practice my aim without any friends in custom and aimlabs is too laggy for me to use it
my aim is very inconsistent as sometimes in a game im able to match mvp wwith 32kills and sometimes i cant even get a single kill

why im turning into a bad player???
I used to kill 20 people or above in unrated/comp and my crosshair placement was very good.
Now I have no idea what im doing, i kept dying and my crosshair placement keep aiming too low is about neck level. what can i do to change this?
