when I turn on Valorant, the riot client turns on and shows that my game needs to be restarted, but when I turn on the computer again, it shows the same bruuuuuh

valorant doesn't work
good morning, I'm asking for help, when I start Valorant, I start logging in to the riot client, which doesn't want to load and sometimes an infinite loading screen appears, I can't fix it, I was once told that my IP on riot was probably blocked, so I changed it and it worked, but then there was a problem it came back again, I changed the IP over and over again and now it doesn't work at all, I'm counting on help

infinity load screen
I have already written several posts about the infinite loading screen and I found 3 solutions that worked for a while and then stopped, I cannot solve this problem
