404 in some regions only, 200 in others?
I have a user who's getting a 404 for a URL which does work without any problem for "all" others. Here's my curl output:
% curl -I https://downloads.lms-community.org/LogitechMediaServer_v8.5.2/logitechmediaserver_8.5.2_amd64.deb
HTTP/2 200

What could be causing this? And how can I fix it?

Transferring domain I use as my account email
I plan to transfer the domain I'm using for my email to Cloudflare. It's also the domain I use in the email address to which my CF account is registered. Now I fear that if something goes wrong, or even if there's a short interruption, that I might miss time sensitive messages. Unfortunately I see no way to register an alternative email for this kind of action, or a fallback in case of failure. Am I missing something? What should I do to be on the safe side?
