Unexpected timeouts and slow downs

Hey guys! I'm writing this post since we've been experimenting some slow downs and timeouts during the last 2 hours in hour frontend page, which is hosted in Railway. Are the Railway servers working as good as usual? Also, is there a way to set a region to host different replicas? The frontend is working just fine for me (I'm in South America), but the timeout comes from a connection from Australia (and some other countries we don't know) and we think it could be the main reason of these issues.

How to get historical logs?

Taking a look at this page: https://blog.railway.app/p/building-logs-v2 seems like I'm able to view logs for all historical deployments. This is really useful! But how could I view them?
