So if I use stable diffustion on RunPod, install an extension, and then terminate the pod, the next time I use RunPod I have to install the extension again?

I'm confused as to how RunPod works. Do you connect your computer to your pod and do everything locally and instead of using your computer's GPU it'll use the RunPod one? Or is everything done on the site?
