Open ur task manager and keep closing and open valorant till it uses a lot of ram and a lot of internet

If it works, u can delete the manifest files, if it doesnt restore them

Go into Riot Games -> Valorant -> Live -> move the two manifest files to your desktop -> open riot client -> press repair
