What would you recommend?
I have worked with React Vite SPA + REST API, MVC traditional Web Apps MPA, Modern SSR with Inertia, Next.js.
For me the best at least DX wise is meta frameworks way Next, Nuxt, Sveltekit that way of doing full stack with Typescript is best DX out there bar none in my opinion, maybe for scaling or enterprise then yeah Next + Nest or any separate API can be better
