Windows Forms Data Sources

Im trying to make a simple tic tac toe game in a windows forms but when I tried getting some labels from data sources tab there was nothing there and it told me “this window is not supported for the selected project. “ then gave a link to enable “data binding”. I am very concfused please help

Practicing basics of c#

im tryna practice my coding basics with c# and made a rock paper scissors game. It works perfectly fine but I can't seem to get the part of the code which allows the user to play again to work. Please let me know if you can help.
